All team trips must be

• working with an AGWM missionary
• registered with AGWM six months prior to departure.
  At the time of the initial registration, only general information is needed. More detailed information will be required closer to departure of trip.

As soon as plans for a  missions trip have begun, please register the trip with AGWM by clicking on the button below.

You will need Adobe Reader to fill out and/or print the form.
